Caring For Yourself While Caring For Others: How Empathy and Self-Care Come Together In Our Work With Students

We will be exploring components of the child and adult brain and what gets in the way of our communication, as well as what compassion fatigue is and how it can impact our work and interactions with students, parents and other staff. The session will also explore burnout prevention.
